ATTRACTING YOUR BEST IDEAS

Many people have found that they have their best ideas while doing something mundane - like taking a bath, travelling on a bus or just lying in bed. If you're looking for inspiration for a plan or project, keep a notepad with you at all times so you will be ready for new ideas whenever they come to you.

Practice: Being Joyful.

Think of joy as an essential nutrient. Are you getting your minimum daily requirement? Keep a diary of ways you experience joy. Consciously incorporate these activities into your daily life. It might be reading an uplifting book, listening to music, playing with children or just sitting in a park. Joy can even come from solving a problem, or overcoming an obstacle. The key is to appreciate simple things and reframe dissappointment as CHALLENGERS.

"A HOUSE IS NOT A HOME UNLESS IT CONTAINS FOOD AND FIRE FOR THE MIND AS WELL AS THE BODY".

Benjamin Franklin (1706 - 1790)
