Mind over Matter

It's hard for me to comprehend that is only one year ago when I was sitting in a University lecture hall, I was not academically interested and very pleased to leave at the end of year 10, in 1976. Here I am, with hundreds of people eager to hear what quantum physics could do to enhance our lives further. What Joe Dispenser was to explain and for us to discover on a magical six hours in that lecture hall, was what I can only say fascinating and life changing.

Dr J Dispenza has been investigating the power of the human brain since 1986 and has written a book on the subject "Evolve the Brain" he has also been in involved in dvd "What the Bleep do we know", "Down the Rabbit Hole". Website http://www.drjoedispenza.com/.

Joe Dispenza experienced a terrible motor bike accident, he had multiple fractures to his vertebrae and serveral doctors advised him that the only way for him to walking again was by fusing some of his vertebrae, in a operation that would leave him with a lifetime of pain and limited mobility. Joe being a chiropractor knew enough about spinal health and his own physical state he refused the operation. With a careful therapeutic program, literally thought his way to healing. In three months he was able to walk and function as well as he had before the accident, and he credits a large amount of that recovery to the power of his own mind.

In proportion to our body mass, our brain is three times as large as that of our nearest relatives. This hugh organ is dangerous and painful to give birth to, expensive to build, and , in resting human, uses about 20 percent of the body's energy even though it is just two percent of the body's weight. There must be some reason for all this evolutionary expense. - Susan Blakemore.

The way we think affects our body as well as our life. You have probably heard the saying "mind over matter". People who share this belief also use it to make conscious changes in their own mind, body and lives. In simplistic terms: Your every thought produces a bio-chemical reaction in the brain. The brain releases the chemical signals that are transmitted to the body, where they act as the messengers of the thought. The thoughts that produced the chemicals in the brain allow the body to feel exactly the way you were just thinking. So every thought produces a chemical that is matched by a feeling in your body. So think positive, happy, joyous thoughts your brain produces the chemical to make your body match that feeling. If you have negative, sad, self deprecating thoughts the brain also produces another chemical to match that feeling. You see, your thoughts immediately do become matter. So to change a feeling you just need to change the thought. The brain, which constantly monitors and evaluates the body, notices that the body is feeling a certain way and will respond to match it.

I believe that there is a higher intelligence some call it divine, spiritual or subconscious mind I believe the higher intelligence is with us all, to accept that an inner power is giving each an every one of us life every moment and that it knows more that we as humans, could every know. I know that we can tap into the intelligence and it can start working for us each and every minute of every day. This power keeps our heart beating without interruption more than 100,000 times per day and do you think about that in your day?

I hope this was of interest to you as it was to me and I have gain some amazing knowledge through Joe Dispenza, his findings and insight are really worth investigating.

I hope you week is amazing, fun and most of all enjoyable findingurwings - Roz
